HALLOWEEN HOLIDAY IN PUERTO GALERA

During the last week of October, we had a blast spending a holiday in Puerto Galera. We arrived Mindoro and a storm greeted us. It forced us to extend our holiday to 5 days. We welcomed the untoward incident, since we got to enjoy the sun after the typhoon quietly left the seas of Puerto Galera. Here are some of the snapshots of our pictorial. I hope you all like it, as much as we enjoyed it.

We lay a mat in front of the Hotel and had a quiet picnic of mini-pizzas, deli sandwiches and the star of the show- COCA-COLA!! It felt good drinking Coke under the pale moonlight hahaha..

After the hectic photo shoot, we zoomed via speedboat on to our favorite Italian resto on the island, LUKA'S!

The Man who led us to the Top. Enrico "Koy" Banal taught his wards to play, act and think like winners. Now it is us looking down, he constantly reminds the Bedan faithful, it is humility that will keep us on top....

During all the revelry, Krissy, Mags and Kevin stopped by for a shot. They became instant superstars overnight. Everyone was rushing, chasing them for an autograph or a photo, including us! Presenting... the newly installed pretty boys of the NCAA!

This picture now hangs on the walls of San Beda, side by side with the 1978 NCAA Seniors Basketball Championship Trophy and its 2006 counterpart. This is the timeline that beats all timelines. Every passerby stops and pays homage!

The word is out. The San Beda Red Lions have won the NCAA Seniors Men's Basketball Championships of the 82nd season. The battlecry has become a statement of fact. We have indeed ended28@82.

The Lionheart himself celebrates turning a year older. We enjoyed Minelle's specially prepared feast and tons and tons of freshly made Magnolia Ice Cream.

Who would've thought then, they'll be the Magnolia-SBC Red Lion Spinners!
